Soft shell taco, Cajun-braised pulled chicken with jalapeño cilantro sauce, pico, pickled onion, radish, queso fresco and shaved iceberg lettuce. On the vegetarian option, the chicken gets replaced by spiced tofu to make a Cajun Tofu Taco.
